
Unbalance is a fault state caused by non-overlapping of quality and geometric center line (center of mass is not on the rotating shaft). Imbalance could cause the increase of additional load, which is one of the four most common fault of equipment and parts. A good balance adjustment could extend the life of rotating equipment components several times or even dozens, hundreds times. The advantage of online dynamic balance adjustment is that we can correct the balance without removing the impeller, rotor or other parts of the equipment.

1) Do not have to remove the rotating pieces, reduce the downtime and human, material resources waste.
2) Correct the balance in the practical work rotating speed. Normally balance a disassembling rotating parts on a balancing machine can not work in high-speed correction.
3) There are lots of factors affect the balance of rotating machine, including balance, installation space, angle and other factors of all the rotating components (impeller, shaft, coupling, key pad, etc.). That is why on-line dynamic balance adjustment get the better effect.
4)Sometimes the rotating equipment vibration problem has nothing to do with the balance states. With online dynamic balance instrument, we can immediately detect whether there is a balance problem, avoiding unnecessary balance correction.
