Air Compressor frequency converter transformation project
Closed-loop pressure control system is comprised of transducer, pressure transmitter, regulator, motor, helical rotor, it automatically adjust the motor speed, so that the air pressure inside the gas tank remain stable within the range of set value, carry out constant pressure control. System components figure as shown below.
Compare feedback pressure with set pressure, control output frequency of the inverter real-time, as a result the motor speed is regulated, and the air pressure inside the gas tank stabilized at set pressures.
